Saturday market outside the masjid

They have a market setup every Saturday after Fajr until 10 i think or so..outside the masjid , on the playground of the school

They have stalls for fresh fish , meat, chickes , fruit and vege..and more

Fishes are good here  .. MashAllah

Visit to Putra jaya

This place is very different from kl.  Nice and clean.   Open and spacious,  it is like mississauga just better. 

Very peaceful and quite.

It's like the government district.

One of the con which everyone mention is that it got only one mall.  I am OK with that, You only need one,  but people here are obsessed by malls just like every where else.

Beautiful weather these days

Mash'Allah the weather is very nice and cool these days.  It's is cloudy and time to time you get cool breeze especially early mornings are good.

Subhanallah today the weather was very nice in the morning.

Checked out the garden at the masjid and Subhanallah it's beautiful.  It got fruits such as mangos,  mangosteen, papaya and more.

Surian Condominiums - the final countdown

These Condominium are very close to where we are , very peaceful complex and very close to masjid.. I mean you can actually walk to the Masjid..

I know lots of people in the complex just  from the Masjid I normally go to. Many people from the masjid I am getting to know live there and they all recommended me these apartment.

The apartment are fairly big and the facilities are also nice.

It is close to the shopping complex so you can actually walk to them for grocery on a good day .. if in-case you don't have a car..

We actually did look at few apartments here in the beginning and actually liked the complext but the apartment were small or not well maintained and a bit high..

But now few of the brothers at the  masjid recommended me this agent who seem to be the expert of this condominium and Allhmdulillah he showed us few places which we liked ..

1) Build is fairly large and what we want and the price is with-in our budget. we said yes to it but then the owner is still undecided on when they want to rent it .. they might need it for another 3 months. They will let us know by tonight insh'Allah.Its a 3+1 Bedroom so the small room can be by office

2) The other apartment , the agent showed us today is better and nicer than the first one..and the buildup is the same . the kitchen is much nicer with better and newer equipment. Plus they have lots and lots of  shelves and cardboard space .They are asking 3500. So we are sticking to our budget and asked them if can agree on our budget we are ready to take this or else we will wait for the first one.( see pic below for this apartment )

3) Our third option is the Subang olives... its the one with 2 BedRoom apartment and studio together .. it was cancelled because the owner decided to rent it to his nephew or else we had a deal.. Qadurallah.. two days ago he came back and said the apartment is available again.. so Insh'Allah

These are duplex,  all the apartment here are duplex they are like town house in building.

Very nice and you can get a very very I mean very nicely furnished fully equipped kitchen upgraded for 4000 - 5000 Rm which is not bad but a bit over for us for now.

But we found an OK furniture for 3000RM also.

The facilities are also amazing in this building.
