the last apartment I posted.. it is two joined apartment , one is a studio and other is a 2 BR apartment.
they were asking 3300 RM , I offered 2800RM and they counter offered 2900RM.
they will add a new TV, fridge, dryer and a stove.
the apartment is never used by anyone to everything is new including the bed and mattress..
