Just saw an apartment at Subang Avenue which is near a masjid.
Spacious and nice but a bit expensive. They are asking 3000 per month but agent said negotiable.
3 BR and 2 WR
1200 sf
Worth it if you have a masjid close by .
I will go later and calculate how far the masjid is and check the surrounding also.
