Went yesterday to to check this apartment at Perdans Emerald.
Met the Guards who were all Pakistanis here..nice guy
they told me the Masjid is 10-15 min walking distance away from here and you can lightly here the Azan also.. but I will need to confirm that ..
the lobby was very nice , ovation style.
The pool was beautiful in the middle.
the apartment they are asking 2300RM/month for 1000sf , 3 BR and 2 WR. some of the furniture was a bit old and I asked them if they will be able to replace it.
the apartment was on 17th floor and very breezy.
Over all good apartment but it depends how low they can go plus if they will replace some of the furniture and upgrade the stove top.
Some details on the lease agreement:
they need one month rent deposit to book the apartment.
another two month deposit as first and last.
50% month rent as a deposit for utility.
Lastly , 30% of the month rent for signing fee ( which is BS and can be removed if pushed.)
